Perka Introduces Their “Pre-Fit Assembly Guarantee!”

In 2008, Team Perka has announced that they will be sending with every new building a certificate that lets builders and buyers know that every frame has been engineered and pre-assembled prior to delivery. Ken Blair, Director of Marketing, said: “It’s something we have always done here and now want to make official with a certificate”.

This is an often an overlooked feature that can literally convert into hundreds if not thousands of dollars in savings during the erection process. Every Perka frame is pre-fitted in the shop. Each frame is laid-out, measured and re-measured to make sure they will fit when the buyer receives them. Martial Thevenot, President & CEO, said: “This is a painstaking process- but one that we’d rather go through here in the shop than have our clients have to fight with in the field. We know what it is like in the field. Making life easier for our clients is one of our company’s core values.”
